Delivery:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from our Fun Factory. This will be sent by courier for next day delivery in the UK.( Monday to Friday only) We can offer ‘before 10o/c, before 12 o/c’ delivery options but this will be at an additional cost. Saturday deliveries are available to some areas, again at additional cost.

Orders to Europe are expected to be delivered within 2-5 working days depending on destination address. For non-European destinations please contact us for delivery details

Large or specific custom colour requests, may take slightly longer to dispatch, but we will notify you of an estimated dispatch time once your order has been placed.

Please note that Co2 canisters cannot be delivered by air and will only be sent by road courier. These can be sent separate to your main order or as part of it and could take slightly longer to arrive.

Payment:

We accept all major credit and debit cards. When you become a regular customer of Flutter Fetti then we can set up a customer account for you which will enable payments by Cheque or BACS payment. Please contact us for details on setting up an account.
